Your stay
What time can we check in?
From 2 pm. Reception is open day and night, with a multilingual team, so late arrivals are no trouble. Please bring photo ID and the card used to book.
And check-out?
Rooms are to be vacated by noon. Your luggage can stay with us before check-in and after check-out.
Is breakfast included?
Depending on your rate; otherwise it is €16 per person. It is a continental buffet — pastries, baguette, cake, cheese, ham, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal — served in the breakfast room or in your room, from 7 am to 10.30 am.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. €200 is held on the booking card at check-in and released at check-out if nothing is damaged.
What services does the hotel offer?
A lounge serving soft drinks, beer and champagne, umbrellas, kettles and an iron to borrow, wake-up calls, and a reception that arranges transfers and taxis. WiFi is free throughout.

Why book here rather than on a booking platform?
Because it is 15% cheaper: our direct rates are always lower than on the booking platforms.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate you choose, and it is shown clearly before you book.
How does payment work?
On our secure booking module (D-Edge), when you book. This website never sees or stores your card details.
We are a group — how does it work?
Bookings of five rooms or more have separate terms: prepayment is required and the rate is non-refundable. Write to us and we will put together an offer.
Children and pets
Can we bring children?
Yes. Each room sleeps two people at most, with no extra beds. A baby cot is free on request, if one is available. Children over 3 pay the adult rate.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Can we smoke?
No, the whole hotel is non-smoking, rooms included.
Getting here
Which metro station?
Boissière (line 6), Trocadéro (lines 6 and 9) or Iéna (line 9): all three are under five minutes’ walk.
How do we get here from the airport?
From Charles de Gaulle, RER B then line 6 to Boissière, about an hour. From Orly, Orlyval to Antony, RER B then line 6, about an hour. Reception can also arrange a transfer.
Is there parking?
Not at the hotel. The nearest is Parking Kléber Trocadéro, 65 avenue Kléber, about €50 per 24 hours.
